REFLECTION/CRITICAL INCIDENT REPORTS & ANALYSIS

"Learning is a process where knowledge is presented to us, then shaped through understanding, discussion and reflection" - Paulo Freire

Critical reflective practice is paramount in improving Registered Nurses skills as health professionals. The following section contains a collection of reflections I have written throughout my nursing degree. Reflecting on experiences, group work and nursing care is an essential aspect of growth, knowledge and confidence within the health profession.

Additionally, I have attatched my reflective posts that I engaged in throughout my final unit of nursing at UNE. These reflections focus directly on the importance fo self-care & wellbeing, Health Professionals roles & responsibilities and professional practice.

Please also refer to the "Professional Qualifications" section as it contains multiple clinical placement reflections throughout the provided booklets.
